Take 15 minutes today and think about pleasant scenarios regarding your body. Close your eyes, and either sitting or laying in your back, open your palms towards the sky and visualize your body full of flexibility, strength, and stamina.

When you visualize for the joy of visualizing, rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more powerful. When you visualize to fix something that you think is wrong, your initial intention works contradictory. You bring more of the thing you are trying to fix into your awareness. Choose to visualize your body the way you want to see yourself because it feels good right now. Surrender to this moment and leave the rest behind you.
